Located on Union Street, the Beautiful Weddings Exhibitions give you a unique opportunity to showcase your products and services in the heart of the Aberdeen’s premier shopping district.
It gives you a chance to meet customers face-to-face; make appointments and take bookings. It is an excellent way to win new business.

Promotion & Publicity

The events are promoted throughout the city, and the northeast through a multi-media campaign, including local radio, television, local newspapers, posters, complimentary tickets and direct mail.

How to book your space

To avoid disappointment, you should apply for your space now. Study the floorplan and decide:

•	How much floor area you need to display your products and services

•	Where you want to be located in the hall

•	Whether you need floorspace only, or a shellstand (with walls and fascia board) or a poster site

(Note: The dimensions of the showspaces on the floorplans may be altered to suit exhibitor requirements)

FREE	Exhibitor Manual, packed with essential information, tips and advice. (This will be sent to you after we have received your Application Form and deposit).

FREE	50 word entry and full contact details in A4 colour magazine-style exhibition show guide.

FREE	Publicity posters and tickets.

FREE	List of Brides-to-be who register, complete with name, address and date of wedding.

FREE	Listing on our website for one year.

FREE	Participation in fashion shows (if relevant).

FREE	Refreshments for exhibitors in Exhibitors' Lounge.

Cost

Exhibitors can choose between:

Option 1	Shellstand (which includes walls covered with pale grey fabric - suitable for use with Velcro hooks - Royal Blue fascia board with exhibitor name and stand number).

Option 2	Floorspace only - available in certain locations only - (which is suitable for exhibitors with their own display system).

Tables and chairs are available free, but there are no covers for the tables available and you should bring your own covering.
Electrical services - ie spotlights or sockets supplied to your stand - are an extra item which have to be ordered and paid for separately.

Option 1	Cost of shellstand - £115 + VAT per m2

Option 2	Cost of floorspace - £98 + VAT per m2
