Venue
Assembly Rooms, George Street, Edinburgh
The recently refurbished Assembly Rooms on George Street are situated a block away from the Capital's busy Princes Street, in the heart of the city. The venue is well served by public transport (both the bus station on St Andrews Square and Waverley railway station on Princes Street are a few minutes walk) while there is plenty of on-street parking and a number of multi-storey car parks close by.

Promotion & Publicity
The event will be promoted throughout Scotland but especially in Edinburgh and central Scotland through a multi-media campaign using the Internet, radio, television, press, posters and leaflets.

Aluminium framed system, includes walls 2.4m high covered in pale grey fabric - suitable for use with Velcro - and fascia board(s) in royal blue with your name and stand number in black letters on a white background -

Electrical lights and sockets can be ordered and paid for separately on an order form to be sent with the Exhibitor Manual. |
How to book your space
To avoid disappointment and to give you maximum time to prepare for the event, you should apply for your exhibition space now. Study the floorplan and decide:
- How much floor area you need to display your products or services;
- Where you would prefer to be located;
- Whether you need floorspace only (ideal if you have your own display system) or a shellstand (which gives you walls and fascia board(s) with your name and stand number)
NOTE: The dimensions of the showspaces on the floorplan may be altered to suit exhibitor requirements.
- Complete the Application Form enclosed (or download and print one from this website) and return the top copy with your deposit for 35% of the total cost + VAT @ 17.5% to the organisers:
